The basics

These terms govern purchases from ARTHEN ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them. Thai law applies.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when your PromptPay transfer is verified against the exact order amount. We may reject a payment that does not match; you will be told why and given time to correct it. Prices include VAT where applicable; shipping is charged as shown at checkout.

Pre-orders

Pre-order timelines are estimates given in good faith. The minimum-quantity refund condition in the Pre-order Policy is part of these terms. If production is delayed more than 21 days past the estimate, you may cancel for a full refund.

Products

Colours can render differently on screens; measurements in the size chart control over photos. Each batch is made in limited numbers and availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Thai Consumer Protection Act. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
