Where we ship

This launch ships within Thailand only. International shipping opens in a later drop — join the waitlist to be told first.

Cost and timing

• Flat ฿50 tracked shipping per order.
• Pre-order items ship together when the batch completes (estimated date on your order page).
• In-stock items ship within 2 business days of payment verification.
• Delivery is 1–2 business days nationwide once dispatched.

Tracking

You will receive the tracking number by email the day your parcel leaves Bangkok, and it appears on your order status page at the same time.

Address changes

Wrong address? Message LINE @arthen with your order number before dispatch and we will update it. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel.
